"Garden Peppers"
6 X 6
Oil on Hardboard

Some more of our meager harvest from our garden.  These peppers were nurtured along since March when I planted them inside from the seeds of store bought peppers.  Thankfully we are getting cooler temps and have had three rain showers.  My husband woke up the night before and couldn't figure out what the noise he was hearing was.  He thought it was a raccoon on the porch but then realized it was rain in the gutters.  It had been so long since we had heard that we forgot what it sounded like!
