I wanted to share with my artist friends a site that I came across called "Paint My Photo". It is exactly as it sounds. It is a site where photographers post their photos and invite painters to paint them. The site has over 40,000 photos and more are being added each day. You have to sign in to use the site and can only post photos of paintings that have used a photo from the site's files. You can then sell the painting if you want to.
While I have been learning a new method of painting, this site has been very helpful in giving me resources to practice with. This kitty was found on that site. The photographer is Taylor Nicole Demarcy.
