I have had this bright yellow coffee pot for some time.  The current challenge by Abbey Ryan over at Daily Paintworks "The Yellow Challenge" seemed the perfect time to paint it.  I didn't want to paint it with it's neon yellow surface, so I set it up with dark lighting like I have been doing lately.  This really toned down the glare.

I wonder if I will look back on these days as my "dark days" of painting.  lol!
