This little black vase was given to me by a good friend. We used to work together when I owned a quilt shop. We have stayed good friends ever since. She is one of those friends that accepts you for who you are no matter what. She has been with me during the most dark and difficult days years of my life; losing my oldest son to cancer. Friends like that are few and far between.
