Wow! This was a HUGE painting for me. 22 x 22! I did most of it with a palette knife. I used a very limited palette for this painting. Cad Yellow, Alizeron Crimson, Celeron Blue, Mars Black and white. With just a touch of Cad Red Deep. I was inspired by Daniel Gerhartz style of painting. He has a great teaching blog. If you haven't already, you should check it out.
Couldn't resist snapping this shot as my grandson slept for his nap. I am a big believer in naps. For everyone!! Naps are a good way to push the reset button in the middle of the day.
